We are a company devoted to the relationships built upon the grounds of our match making process. We are devoted to helping our patrons find true love that starts at the heart.

WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE
Our company is required to follow federal Title Vll, ADA, and ADEA due to the amount of employee’s we have. With fifty employees’ we fall under the federal rulings, the state of Oregon also has the “Oregon Equality Act” which protects against discrimination based on sexual orientation. To make sure we are compliant with all these rulings a tight management and oversight of all hiring and contracts must be in order to stop any language or open discrimination, both in the contracts or said by any hiring personnel this is critical to keep the company free of liability or damages
The Process
Our computerized match making system allows our customers to be put in contact with people similar to what they are looking for. When a new user signs up for our match making process, they will answer several questions to better match our couples. From there we help ease the nerves of the first date jitters. Love starts here.
Platform Pricing
Members, who sign up, will pay $9.99 per month for our highly effective dating process. However, love is priceless.
Contracts
The contracts mainly needed for our business fall into four categories. Each is a contract with the user, as about ninety percent of the business model is entirely between the customer and provider.
-A confidentiality contract
-A consent contract between the user and provider
-Terms of use contract between user and provider
-A contract promising protection of personal information until given consent by the user.
The confidentiality contract will be a contract stating a promise between the provider and the user that all information given by the user will be kept private and not shared unless given consent by the user.
The consent contract will be an agreement stating that the user consents that all information provided by the user will be stored and used by the provider to find potential matches.
The terms of use contract will be an agreement stating that all users will abide by the rules set out by the provider to protect all other users. Meaning any complaints filed about a user’s actions or account is subject to review by the provider and punishment such as deletion or banishment from the site is up to the provider.
The contract promising protection personal information is a contract promising that the provider will do all in its power to protect any information given by the user. It will also be an agreement that the provider is responsible for responding to any breaches discovered and to offer an option for any personal information to be deleted upon request of the user.

We are ahead of the game!
Intentional torts are very dangerous for our company; an employee could defame the company. In libel an employee could give false information that our company had a data breach and this would put our entire business model and reputation in danger. We are also in danger of an employee invading the privacy of our clients, as our company is in charge of private data and conversations an employee could snoop into a customer’s life without consent. We would not be legally responsible for the first tort of defamation as it is against us the business, however as the invasion of privacy is under the scope of their employment as it is our company that keep the information it could be stretched that the company is liable at least partly for that information breach.
Product Liability
The business is exposed to a product liability claim if the app happens to have an issue that would make it defective and harmful to any client. If the product is defective by design than the app is vulnerable to a liability claim, the plaintiff would have to prove that the app caused damages and was defective by design forcing damage to the plaintiff.
Minds Behind the Idea
The idea came to Ian when he couldn't find love and kept getting denied by women, when he met them in person. He concocted the idea to build a dating website based on passion instead of looks. The additional creators behind the idea are Justin, Ryan and Mason who combine to make the dream team for dating! Now, even Ian can find love.
